Horeca KSA closed its door on June 15 after 4 days of success

Celebrating the success of its first edition HORECA KSA closed its doors on June 15.

Visitors had the chance to meet with more than a hundred exhibitors promoting their brands and latest products over 5000 sqm.

Culinary competitions, a major feature in the program of Horeca Lebanon, shone at Horeca KSA as well. Six renown international judges from Canada, Germany, Italy, Lebanon and Switzerland were present the four-day event to follow more than hundred chefs participating from different hotels, restaurants and establishments in KSA.

The panel was composed of Jacques Rossel - Executive Chef at the Phoenicia Hotel Beirut, Joe Barza – Consultant at Joint Operation Experts, Charles Azar - Executive Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, Brody White - Executive Chef at Burgundy Restaurant Beirut, Massimiliano Bugliosi - Executive Chef at Eatalian Worldwide and André Schellenberg - Head Chef for Food Developing at Schuhbecks,

Categories included long-standing favorites such as Arabic Sweet, Live Fruit & Vegetables carving, as well as many other live and display groupings.

Taking full advantage of one of the largest markets in the region, especially in terms of Hospitality and Food & Beverage, the first edition of HORECA KSA presented a number of live events such as the Salon Culinaire, the Live Junior Chefs Competition and the Annual Conference, as well as social networking events, all in keeping with the spirit of HORECA.

HORECA KSA promises to be the ultimate International Food Industry Trade Show in the Arab Gulf region for the coming years.
